Delete your Kiki data

Kiki keeps your food and symptom history on your device, so deleting it is something you do right in the app — no email required, no waiting.

In the app (removes everything, instantly)

1. Open Kiki → you tab → settings
2. Tap delete account
3. Confirm — this removes every scan, check-in, streak, photo, and pet item from the device. It cannot be undone.

Deleting the app itself also removes the local database.

Analytics identifier

Kiki sends usage analytics under a random per-install identifier (never your name or email). If you'd like the events tied to your install purged from our analytics provider too, email support@heykiki.app from any address with the approximate date you used the app, and we'll process it within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — Apple manages those. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
